Reflecting on Growth and Gratitude

Hello everyone,

It’s me, Min Min, once again, and the time has come for me to say goodbye. Today marks the end of a chapter filled with learning, growth, and countless memorable moments. With a mix of nostalgia and excitement for what lies ahead, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and share some reflections with all of you.

This job is actually my very first job in my entire life, and that makes the memories here irreplaceable. When I first came to Japan, I was full of worries about everything, such as the language barrier, cultural differences, and working manners because I had never worked before.

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed into a vibrant community that felt like a second family. Every day, they reassured me that I didn’t have to worry, there was no pressure, just learn at my own pace.

Throughout my time here, I’ve had the great chance to be inspired by working alongside some truly remarkable individuals. Each person has brought their unique talents, perspectives, and stories to the table, and I never grew tired of learning from them.

Moreover, this part-time role has been a constant source of growth and development. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone, challenging me to embrace new skills, take on responsibilities, and strive for excellence in everything I do. The lessons I’ve learned here will always stay with me for the rest of my life.

To my colleagues– thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. Your guidance, support, and kindness have made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful for every second spent with all of you. And to you, dear readers, thank you for reading my blog posts.

Though I have to say goodbye to embrace new opportunities and pursue my passions, I will carry with me the memories, friendships, and lessons learned from this part-time role.

With heartfelt thanks and best wishes,

Min Min
