Cycling through Aso was a completely different experience from cycling in Taiwan. The peaceful roads, cool weather, and endless grasslands made every moment relaxing and unforgettable.

The Wagyu beef tasted incredibly delicious. I was surprised by how much Japanese cuisine highlights the original flavors of each ingredient.

On our way back, our supervisor treated us to freshly harvested sweet corn. It was much sweeter and juicier than the corn I usually eat in Taiwan, making it one of the most memorable local foods I have tried.

The homemade desserts were more than just delicious—they reflected the warmth and sincerity of Japanese hospitality. It was a special experience that I would not normally have as a tourist.

Today made me appreciate how closely nature, agriculture, and tourism are connected in Aso. It was a completely different tourism experience from what I have experienced before.
