Many years as an instructor at a confectionery school, Ms Atsusa became the head instructor at the Kumamoto Patissier Training School. After retiring from teaching, she began hosting “Kitchen Rides,” combining the art of dessert making and cycling inside the grasslands. Ms Atsusa also runs the “Atelier ADU-kitchen,” with the aim of sharing the joy and charm of desserts.
