Known affectionately as “Director Colnago,” Mr Nakao has earned the trust of many, with numerous people visiting Aso to enjoy rides together. Mr Kamazaki is involved in local activities including the annual controlled burning of Aso’s grasslands (Noyaki). He also works as a cycling, trekking and photo guide. Many years as an instructor at a confectionery school, Ms Atsusa became the head instructor at the Kumamoto Patissier Training School. After retiring from teaching, she began hosting “Kitchen Rides,” combining the art of dessert making and cycling inside the grasslands. Ms Atsusa also runs the “Atelier ADU-kitchen,” with the aim of sharing the joy and charm of desserts.
