After many years as an instructor at a confectionery school founded in 1977, Ms Atsusa became the head instructor at the Kumamoto Patissier Training School in 2005. After retiring from teaching, she began hosting “Kitchen Rides,” combining the art of dessert making and cycling inside the grasslands. Enjoying sweets amidst breathtaking scenery is truly the best. Ms Atsusa also runs the “Atelier ADU-kitchen,” with the aim of sharing the joy and charm of desserts, which have the power to bring smiles to people’s faces.
