Payment methods
Credit card (option for cash payment)
*Credit card payments are processed at the same time as the reservation application. The card usage date will be the date of the reservation application. Payment information is transmitted to each credit card company through the payment processing services “Stripe” or “Fincode.”
Cancellation fees will be incurred based on the cancellation policy set by Michi-no-Eki Aso. If there is an issue with your credit card payment before the reservation date, Michi-no-Eki Aso may contact you or ask you to make a cash payment on the day. Please be aware of this in advance. Your credit card statement will display [Asoview!]. For request-based reservations, the payment will be processed at the time of the request reservation.
The timing of refunds for canceled or modified prepaid reservations may vary depending on your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company for details.

Cancellation due to bad weather
The event may be canceled due to bad weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs or other expenses incurred to the site in case of cancellation.
How to check cancellation / Contact
If the event is determined to be canceled ,the organizing company will contact you by 18:00 two days prior to the experience date.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:
7 to 4 days before: 30% of the reservation fee
3 to 2 days before: 40% of the reservation fee
The day before: 50% of the reservation fee
Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the reservation fee
